Egyptians don’t get Alzheimer’s because they hang out in hooka shops when they retire. —Ahmed
As the Galabia party approached, I had still not purchased an outfit because I saw the waning interest from The Others when they learned it wouldn’t start until 9pm (9pm!).
A clue they were committed should have been Lynn gathering baubles and beads at each stop like a squirrel in August or Sandy doing a catwalk down our hallway one night as the other Others cheered her on. I had to stick my head out of my room and tell them to go the fck to bed. I definitely underestimated their level of commitment.

Today we sailed back north, docking on the East Bank of Luxor. As we boarded our bus, Mohammed the First came on board and admitted that The Greens were much more lively and fun than The Reds, which, duh.
Our visits today included two more temples (Temples!) They are the two biggest temples in the wool-ed.

For this particular room Ahmed told the story of the Fertility God ending with a green laser light on this guy.

Fertility was a big thing.—Ahmed
We also got to see papyrus being made.

Tomorrow we see another temple (Temple!)
Pics from our day onboard the boat and the bus:

Nice shots. Interesting to see the places where the pharaoh “hung” out.

Thank you. Everyone is making fun of my very old phone/camera. Perhaps it’s time for an upgrade.

Perhaps that’s a good idea. Especially if your camera belongs in one of those King Tut Tomb displays.
